Policies and Procedures

Honesty, integrity and fair play are our core values that must be upheld by all directors and staff of the Group at all times. All acts of corruption, extortion, fraud and money laundering are strictly prohibited within the group. 

We have policies and procedures to ensure all directors and staff are well informed of  the expected ethical conduct, including the code of conduct, the anti-money laundering and anti-fraud policy. Our policies and procedures outline training requirements, processes for continuous monitoring to ensure compliance, as well as mechanisms for reporting and responding to any potential issues or incidents, and for the regular review and update of the policies and procedures.

Staff Training

Training sessions are provided for our staff to strengthen their knowledge of compliance and corporate governance. The training covers risk management, intellectual property rights, personal data privacy and the promotion of a culture of integrity, which includes preventive measures against corruption and money laundering.

Whistle-blowing Mechanism

The Group provides a confidential channel to encourage employees to raise concerns on suspected frauds and other misconduct within the Group without retaliation.

Compliance with the relevant Laws and Regulations

The Group is committed to conducting its business in a transparent, equitable, legally manner. Therefore, the Group has developed a policy of absolute compliance with competition law, including the Competition Ordinance (Cap 619) in Hong Kong and the related Law in the People’s Republic of China, including but not limited to the Regulations on the Administration of Entertainment  Venues  by the State Council, the Measures for the Administration of Public Security in Entertainment Venues by the Ministry of Public Security and The Administrative Measures for the Entertainment Place by the Ministry of Culture. All employees are required to strictly adhere to this policy and the breaches of competition law will not be tolerated.
